Part 3 - Remove Additional Hunters From Permit

Tap 'Remove Hunter' button to remove a hunter's name from the permit.

Part 4 - Add Additional Hunters To Permit

Enter First Name, Last Name, IDNR Customer # (if known), and Residency, then tap the 'Add Hunter' button to add a hunter's name to the permit. Only add hunter's names and customer numbers for the number of hunters that were paid for when the permit was initially purchased.
