In most cases, EcoCAT will complete the minimum consultation process, but, in many other cases, EcoCAT will merely begin the process; you should understand and be prepared to participate in the remaining steps.
Also, please be aware that, through using this tool, you will be generating a public record subject to disclosure under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140] and Title 2 Ill. Admin. Code Part 826.
